Uploading files to DokuWiki

Hello - I have logged into my Amazon instance, and found my Dokuwiki directories. /opt/bitnami/apps/dokuwiki/data/pages is where I have to store my pages, and /opt/bitnami/apps/dokuwiki/data/media/wiki is where I have to store my images. I am having trouble figuring out how to upload the pages and images on my computer to these folders on the Amazon instance.
