After installing the Magento stack, I tried to login to the magento admin dash, but it doesn't show. It doens't offer an error like "Incorrect username or password", it just reloads the index page. And when I try to manually got to the dash, it reloads the login page. Any help with this is greatly appreciated.! Thanks. |

You can acess to the Magento admin panel at http://yourdomain/magento/index.php/admin Default user & pass for Virtual Appliances and AMIs: no. yes, i understand where the panel should be. When I tried to use those parameters it returned "Invalid Username or Password." I am using the correct username & pass, but it is not redirecting to the admin panel afterward. the url it links to is: http://domain/magento/index.php/admin/index/index/key/(numbers)/ I believe it should have "dashboard" in place of one of the "index"s. Any additional ideas? (thanks for your quick response)

Strange. Are you using the Stack? In which platform? Could you try to install with a different password?

I agree. Yes. For Windows. I could try to install again, but I'd like not to have to spend all that time. Any suggestions?
